Introduction and AimQuality and modified lifestyle can significantly increase elderly life efficacy. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the impact of educating healthy lifestyle on Sarbisheh senior citizens’ attitude and practice concerning joints and bones pain.   Materials and MethodsIn this quasi-empirical study, 100 senior citizens supported by Health-Care Center of Sarbisheh were selected by random sampling. The data was collected by two questionnaires sent from the Ministry of Health, Care and Medical Education, including 11 performance and 13 attitude questions. These questions were given to them in pre- and post-test. Training was carried out based on books available in the health center concerning elderly life. It was done in two stages for seven groups. Analysis of data was done in SPSS (version 16) using paired t-test and Wilcoxon at the significant level of 0.05.   ResultsIn this study, 2% of patients had motor problems. 8 % of seniors consumed dairy products twice a week which elevated to 9% after education.
