Background and Aim: Test anxiety is a common problem in students. With regard to contradictory effects of test anxiety on students’ performances, the aim of this study was to determine the test anxiety and it’s relation with clinical performances of midwifery students Materials and Methods: This analytic study was conducted on 30 senior midwifery students participated in graduating final exam. Standard “Spielberger test anxiety” questionnaire was used to gathering the data. In addition, during evaluation, three checklists of clinical performances in clinic of gynecology, delivering room and Maternal and Child Health (MCH) clinic were filled by teachers. The data were analyzed in SPSS (version 18) by chi-square, pearson and independent t test at p ≥ 0.05.
