Antifungal susceptibility assays for Candida isolates were performed using the broth microdilution technique in accordance with the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute M27-A3/S4 guidelines. Biofilm formation was measured by the colorimetric microtiter method. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;span style=&quot;unicode-bidi:embed&quot;&gt;&lt;b&gt;Results:&lt;/b&gt; Candida albicans (48%) was the most common Candida species identified, followed by C. glabrata (34%), C. dubliniensis (9%), C. tropicalis (5%), C. parapsilosis (1%), C. krusei (1%), and two mixed colonies were identified. The antifungal susceptibility pattern shows that Candida isolates exhibit varying susceptibilities. C. albicans was 100% susceptible to amphotericin B, whereas C. glabrata was 70.58% resistant to amphotericin B. The Candida parapsilopsis isolate was susceptible to all antifungals. According to the results, Candida isolates have a moderate ability to form biofilms. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
